Important Message Coronavirus.

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation we have made a number of operational changes to the services we provide.

All GP appointments will be via a telephone consultation in the first instance. If the GP deems it necessary to see you in person the GP will give you an appointment to attend. Please arrive at the allotted time. 

All nurse and HCA appointments remain face to face unless otherwise advised by the reception team when booking your appointment.  The nurse/HCA will ring you on the day to check you are symptom free.

A number of PPE precautions are in place for both your safety and welfare and for the safety of staff.

If you attend the practice in person please ensure you have a face mask or face covering and maintain social distancing where possible.

We will continue to take requests for repeat medication over the phone or via email at Pimlico.marven@nhs.net.  Please allow 2 working days for us to process your request.

Do not attend the GP Practice if you think you have symptoms.

Please ring 111 or 020 7834 6969.

If your symptoms are serious, or get worse, NHS 111 has an online coronavirus service that can tell you if you need further medical help and advise you what to do. 

Only call 111 direct if you cannot go online, or are advised to do so by the online service.

Medication - Please call the practice to order your medication one week before it is due.

Due to the exceptional circumstances and pressures on your NHS at this time, please do not order medicines in advance of when they are due or over order. We assure you, we will get your routine medicines to you on time. This will prevent shortages further down the line. Thank you for your cooperation.

COVID-19 Contingency Sharing of medical records during the pandemic.

Primary care staff across each borough will be able to access your full medical record without consent during the COVID-19 pandemic but will only do so when this is necessary to provide you with care. They will required to use their smartcard which confirms their identity and which limits their access and actions to those appropriate to their role. They will all have been trained to understand their professional and legal responsibilities in providing you with care.    

GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:

  • book or cancel appointments online
  • renew or order repeat prescriptions online
  • view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results

You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time. How to sign-up

For more information, please contact reception or next time you visit the surgery, bring with you a piece of photo ID (passport, driving licence) and something with your address on like a bank statement but not a gas or electric bill. If you don’t have these, please talk to us and we will help you sign-up

You can now contact your GP or the practice online and get a reply within one working day, simply fill in this online consultation form (above/below/link). Your consultation form will be reviewed and you will receive a reply in *one working day, with advice or an appointment to come into the practice.

We are a local doctors surgery situated at the heart of Pimlico, our list size has continued to grow, as has our catchment area for accepting registered patients. This is a testament to the care that we deliver to our population, and this has enabled us to be a leading provider of service delivery to a wider demographic.

Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions, and we provide a vast array of clinics giving us much scope to meet the continuous needs of our patients, and the health concerns they have.

Healthy London Partnership worked with young people from across London to find out what they needed to improve their access to relevant health information and advice. Young people have been involved every step of the way from creating the NHS Go, to testing it and working with us on the campaign to promote it make it easier for them to access relevant health information #NHSGo
